Can I use both the $50 discount and the referral credit? Unfortunately not — we can only offer one holiday bonus per family. You can either use the $50 discount at checkout or earn a $75 referral credit. We cannot issue you the referral credit to accounts that have used the discount code. However your referral may still receive the credit if they haven't used the $50 code.
I'm already enrolled, am I eligible? While we can't offer the discount retroactively, you are welcome to enroll in another Winter class using the $50 discount, or refer a new family, and earn a $75 studio credit toward future classes.
What do you mean by current families? Current families are those who have participated in a Creative Hearts program — either currently enrolled or have signed up in the past. Anyone in our community can refer another family, we just need to have your email in our online registration system to apply the credit!
How/when will I get a credit? When referring another family, please ask them to include your name and email during registration. They must complete enrollment for both families to receive the $75 credit. The credit will be applied after the referred family enrolls in the Winter session of after school classes.
How do I use a credit? Once credits are issued, you can apply them at checkout when registering for any after school classes in our Dobbs Ferry studio or our upcoming summer camp in July 2026 (exciting announcement coming soon! Email us for more details!). They cannot be applied toward our preschool program, partnership programs, or "school's out" camps.
Can the offer apply to more than one child in a family? Unfortunately not. We can only offer one discount per family.
Can I use the code or referral credit for previous or past enrollments? No — offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively to past registrations.
