Creative Hearts is a nurturing space for everyone's creativity to shine! Classes are taught by artist educators who foster the learning and development of the whole child. Our classes are the perfect way to add some creativity, connection and fun into your child's afternoon! We aim to create a positive and peaceful space for kids to recharge through art.

Pet Shop — Ages 4-7
3:30 - 4:30 pm $350 for 10 weeks Calling all animal lovers! Build the pet shop of your dreams in this fun class! Come make stuffed dogs and cats - complete with a collar and leash, fish tanks (where the fish actually move), and even a reptile in its own habitat! We'll also collage and paint some of our favorite animals along the way. Throughout the session, we’ll sculpt, paint, collage, and build as we create a whole world of adorable pets to take home! |

Texture Art — Ages 4-8
3:30 - 4:30 pm $420 for 12 weeks This multi-media class is all about art you can feel! Young artists will explore different materials and techniques to make bold, touchable creations. We’ll experiment with puffy paint to design colorful 3-D paintings, emboss drawings into metal to discover raised textures, and build imaginative sculptures using painted pasta arches. This class encourages creativity, sensory exploration, fine-motor skills and so much fun! |

Collage Creations — Ages 4-8
4:45 - 5:45 pm $420 for 12 weeks All things collage! In this wildly creative class, young artists will explore collage using a wide variety of materials and techniques. We’ll use a wide array of materials, including making some of our own papers using printmaking and painting. Throughout the session, students will trace photographs and layer them over tissue paper, experiment with mosaic techniques to create sparkling animal silhouettes, and build beautiful layered landscapes. With so many ways to explore, this class offers a little something for everyone—and lots of room for creativity and personal expression. |

Abstract Art (Drop-in) — Ages 3-10
4:45 - 5:45 pm $420 for 12 weeks or $35/day to drop-in Drop in anytime and get creative! This playful, weekly abstract art class is designed for flexibility and fun. Each session stands on its own, so kids can join whenever it works for your schedule. Every week we’ll explore a new mix of abstract art projects using drawing, painting, sculpture, and collage. Young artists will experiment with both familiar materials—like paint, chalk pastels, and clay—and surprising techniques, like painting with 3-foot-long brushes, weaving with fabric, and building gravity-defying sculptures. |

What should my child wear? We often use messy materials (paint, glue, etc.) so we advise you to send your child dressed for a mess :)
Do you offer make ups? Because lessons are carefully planned, we can only offer make ups for the classes that we have to cancel, that were previously planned. If you miss a class, or if a class gets canceled due to inclement weather, we cannot guarantee a make up.
What happens during snow days? We follow the Dobbs Ferry school district schedule. If they close for a snow day, we are closed as well.

If you need to cancel your child's enrollment for any reason:
UP TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS:
A full refund or credit toward a future class is available.
AFTER 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS:
No refunds or credits are available. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or credits after this point.
Please note when paying by debit/credit card, unfortunately we aren’t able to refund the convenience fees as they go directly to the credit card processor with each transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
