Creative Hearts is a nurturing space for everyone's creativity to shine! Classes are taught by artist educators who foster the learning and development of the whole child. Our classes are the perfect way to add some creativity, connection and fun into your child's afternoon! We aim to create a positive and peaceful space for kids to recharge through art.

Nature Art — Ages 4-8
3:30 - 4:30 pm 4:45 - 5:45 pm $455 for 13 weeks Dig your hands into all things nature in this multimedia class, as we make beautiful and unique art from sticks, flowers, rocks, shells and more! Some projects will take us outside, using the materials we find around us. For others, we will combine objects from nature with the endless supplies at Creative Hearts to create collages, sculptures, paintings, textile art and mobiles! |

Pirates & Mermaids — Ages 4-8
3:30 - 4:30 pm 4:45 - 5:45 pm $490 for 14 weeks Set off on an ocean adventure in this fun, creative class! Each week we'll dive into a different pirate or mermaid themed art project, all while using many art mediums and practicing new skills. Projects will include a mini treasure chest with lots of customized jewels, costumes, a sewn leather pouch, and of course a giant ship sculpture complete with mini action figures! |

Recycled Art — Ages 4-8
3:30 - 4:30 pm $455 for 13 weeks Look at the world in a whole new way in our Recycled Art class! Here students will learn to find the artistic potential in everyday objects. The perfect class for kids that like to explore it all- sculpture, collage, toy making and textile art. Here we’ll definitely learn that one person's trash is definitely another person’s treasure. Float or Fly — Ages 4-8
4:45 - 5:45 pm $455 for 13 weeks Our Float or Fly class will be one to remember and definitely one to sign up for! The concept of float or fly will be our inspiration, even if our art doesn’t literally float or fly. Students will explore different kinds of art that’s able to float or fly while incorporating a beautiful balance of both. Elements of fun, multimedia supplies, and as always, a uniquely artistic twist on every project. This is a class you won’t want to miss! |

Art Lab (Drop-in) — Ages 3-10
3:30 - 4:30 pm 4:45 - 5:45 pm $490 for 14 weeks or $35/day to drop-in Dive into all the magical materials at Creative Hearts, with a different, open ended theme each week! Each "open studio" style class will feature a different material each week - such as sculpture, printmaking, watercolors and so much more! Perfect for kids who love to explore or those who need a little extra guidance. Sign up for the whole session, or just drop in! Drop in options for this class are 1hr or 2hrs - to drop-in for 2 hrs, please choose both time slots (3:30-4:30 and 4:45-5:45) |

What should my child wear? We often use messy materials (paint, glue, etc.) so we advise you to send your child dressed for a mess :)
Do you offer make ups? Because lessons are carefully planned, we can only offer make ups for the classes that we have to cancel, that were previously planned. If you miss a class, or if a class gets canceled due to inclement weather, we cannot guarantee a make up.
What happens during snow days? We follow the Dobbs Ferry school district schedule. If they close for a snow day, we are closed as well.

If you need to cancel your child's enrollment for any reason:
UP TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS:
A full refund or credit toward a future class is available.
AFTER 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS:
No refunds or credits are available. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or credits after this point.
Please note when paying by debit/credit card, unfortunately we aren’t able to refund the convenience fees as they go directly to the credit card processor with each transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
